All incoming sixth graders must engage in summer learning in order not to experience any summer learning loss.  Students are expected to practice 60 minutes per week over the summer. The third, fourth, and fifth grade students performed in front of parents, staff, and fellow peers yesterday. Students did an amazing job thanks to their music teacher Mr. Walters and the fifth grade instrumental teacher Ms. Reed.

The Standard Jazz Ensemble performed for our students today. They did an amazing job interacting with our students.! Our students had an opportunity to learn about the various melodies and instruments used in a jazz ensemble.
