Dear Becker Families,
On Friday, June 18th at 10:00-11:00 am, our 5th grade students and parents are invited to join us for a special 5th grade drive by promotion ceremony. I encourage you to decorate your cars and drive by Becker School to bid your final farewell to the Becker staff. During the drive by, we will be recognizing two students with a trophy for the outstanding achievement award, and handing out folders with awards and certificates to all our 5th graders.
As you drive by, a staff member will approach your car to honor your child with their awards. Parents should then proceed to the Miller parking lot to have your child’s photo taken at the photo booth. Finally, students will receive a voucher for a free ice cream to be picked up in the parking lot on Manor street.
For everyone’s safety, we ask that all parents and students wear their mask, and remain in their vehicle until it is safe to park and get your child’s photo taken and receive the ice cream.
