Our elementary students joined forces with Fordson High school with the goal to help to aid and support the victims of Yemen. Students donated money, baby formula, and medicine to the Yemen Relief Fund. Becker Elementary raised over $2000 in cash among other donations. Two special students, Ali Elmoussa and Layla Alhadad, were recognized for their generosity in donating the largest amount of money. A special thank you to Ms. Khansa for taking on this initiative at Becker, and to all of our amazing teachers for helping our students to recognize those who are less fortunate.
