It is my privilege and honor to be part of the Becker family and community! I look forward to an exciting year of learning and growing with our students, professional staff, parents, and other community members.
High academic achievement is an expectation for all Becker students. All students here at Becker will be provided with the highest quality of education in a safe, supportive, and learning environment. Working closely with families to make our students better prepared for the future is a commitment I make to you. Together we can bridge a partnership that empowers students to reach greater strides academically and socially.
The elementary years are critical to build the foundation for growing minds. The Becker staff is committed to activate critical thinking skills as early as kindergarten. You can also help us build these needed skills at home as well by having your child observe, inquire, and discuss their thinking process.
Activating student self-worth is another goal of mine. Students need to know that they contribute so much to this world and through mindful discovery, confidence, and eagerness we can help students acknowledge their own potential.
I am very passionate and committed to your child’s intellectual and social growth. Together we can face all challenges and continue to make Becker Elementary School a great place for students to learn, grow, and explore. I look forward to meeting all of you. I would like to extend an invitation to Meet the Principal and the new Superintendent on September 1st starting at 1:00 in the cafeteria.
